VOLUNTEER WITH US
Serving at camp has always been about more than helping with tasks—it’s about coming alongside the ministry and the people God brings here. We’re excited to expand our volunteer opportunities to invite individuals and members of supporting churches to serve in deeper, more intentional ways. This new volunteer experience is designed for those who are willing to devote meaningful time to camp, whether that’s a full retreat weekend or an entire week during the summer. While these roles are unpaid, they are a powerful way to serve the Lord, support campers and staff, and be part of what God is doing here. No matter your background, if you have a servant’s heart and a willingness to help, there’s a place for you here.
WAYS TO SERVE
SUMMER​​
During the first four Saturdays of summer camp (July 4–25), volunteers help clean and reset cabins so our staff can rest, recharge, and be ready to serve the next week with renewed energy!
There is now an opportunity to serve for a full week of summer camp in areas such as being a part of a cabin, helping in the kitchen, or serving in behind-the-scenes support roles!

​Retreats function like mini summer camps, and one of the biggest needs is help in the kitchen. We provide each group with three meals a day, so volunteers assist with food prep, serving, and cleanup. Depending on the group and the time of year, there may also be opportunities to help run afternoon activities.

There will be plenty of chances to jump in and help with this project, so keep an eye out for upcoming work days. Right now, our biggest need is help hanging drywall.

FIREWOOD
We ALWAYS have a need for firewood to be cut, split, and hauled around the camp. If you would like to bring a group out to help keep the fires stoked, call us and we will arrange a time to work alongside of you!

WORK WEEKENDS
Approximately 2 or 3 times a year, we host work weekends to give a designated time where a group of people can come in for a day and work on various things to cross off of our to-do list. This can include building projects, facility maintenance, general cleanups, or anything else you can think of! We always have something for everyone to work on! Keep an eye out for the next opportunity to support Bethany Camp's ministry through your hands!
