WHAT TO BRING.
REGISTER NOW!
You can either register online or Mail or Fax the paper registration form to Bethany Camp. You do not need to do both!
GET PREPARED FOR YOUR WEEK.
ALL THE FORMS YOU'LL NEED.
This form must be completed and signed by your child's doctor. Mail or Fax the completed form to Bethany Camp. (NYS requires this form be on file in order for the camp nurse to be able to give your child anything, should a need arise.) This form must be resubmitted each year.
