Maintenance Director
Location: Bethany Camp
Reports to: Operations Director
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Director is a full time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the overall upkeep, safety, and functionality of the camp facilities and grounds. This position requires a strong commitment to the mission and values of Bethany Camp, as well as practical skills in maintenance and management.

Operations Director
Location: Bethany Camp
Job Summary:
The Camp Operations Manager will be responsible for managing multiple teams of people: Full-Time staff, Contract Staff, Seasonal Staff and Volunteers. All these staff work to cover a great number of small roles that make up the big picture of creating an environment for spiritual growth and change among multiple layers of constituents.

Contract Staff
Job Summary:
