If you are 14 years or older, we want you to come and be part of our summer support staff here at Bethany Camp.  Here at Bethany Camp we want to walk alongside you as you grow and pursue Jesus!  Working with our full time and college aged staff will provide you with a supportive community where you can learn and grow as you serve God and develop life skills.  Being on staff here, you will stay in our staff housing, eat our incredible camp meals and invest in the lives of our guests.  God is ready to do amazing things THROUGH YOU this summer.

We are currently looking for crew members, lifeguards, audio staff, media staff, and LIT's for summer 2024.  If you would like to the support staff team you will need to be a part of one of our Interview Weekends.  These weekends are to see if we believe you are a right fit for our camp. We are looking for servant leaders that are ready and willing to go the extra mile, no matter the task!  Based on your time at one of our weekends, you could be asked to work on our summer support staff for 1 week or potentially 4 or more weeks.  While all of our support staff are volunteers we do provide a small stipend for each week worked.
