Bill Cole Memorial Golf Tournament

The Annual Bethany Camp Open is held every year to raise money & support for our Scholarship Program. We hold this event in memory of Bill Cole, a local resident who expressed much love & support for Bethany Camp and our mission for many years. Founded in 2018, the Scholarship Program was established with the intent to draw in students from across Chautauqua County who would not have the opportunity to attend summer camp. Since it's start in 2018, we have been very fortunate to have over 150 kids attend Bethany Camp because of the financial support many different people & businesses have contributed. This golf outing is for anybody no matter what your skill level in the game of golf may be. We end this tournament by heading back to Bethany Camp to enjoy a steak dinner and to provide you with a recap of the things God has been doing around the camp. We look forward to seeing you at the next Bethany Camp Open!

Are you interested in supporting the Bethany Camp Open in another way? We offer 4 different sponsorship levels for this event that contribute to the Scholarship Fund. Many different businesses have partnered with us over the years to support this fundraising opportunity. Below you can find a list on how you can be a partner to this event.


Awards & Prizes - We are always in need of awards & prizes to offer to our top finishers of the tournament. This can range from Gift Certificates, your business memorabilia, or even some products that you offer. By doing so, you will also get an advertisement in our program for the event.


Bronze Level Sponsorship : $75 - The Bronze level sponsorship is our most basic sponsorship package. By signing your business up for this package, you will receive a half page advertisement space in our program.


Silver Level Sponsorship : $175 - The silver level package offers more advertising in our Golf Tournament. With the Silver Package, you will receive a half page ad in our program, as well as a sign with your business name & logo on one of the tee boxes.


Gold Level Sponsorship : $450 - The Gold Package is our most popular sponsorship. By choosing this package, you will receive a full page advertisement in our program, a sign located on one of the Tee boxes, and you will also be able to register a group of four people (a $340 value) to represent your business in our tournament.


Platinum Level Sponsorship : $1,000 - The Platinum Package is the highest package we offer for sponsoring this event. When you sign up for this sponsorship, you will receive a sign on one of the tee boxes, a full page advertisement in our program, the ability to register a group of 4 golfers free of charge, and you will also be named as a Title Sponsor for this event.
