Camper's name should be on all items.
Lost and found items, if not claimed, will be disposed of after October 1st.

Check-in, Check-out
Sign in time is 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. on Monday morning. The closing program begins sharply at 9 a.m. and we encourage you to attend.  Pick up will begin immediately following the closing program on Saturday morning.  Please do not ask staff members to furnish transportation.  

What not to bring
Please do not bring media devices such as CD players, electronic games, cell phones, etc. Other
items such as gum, alcohol, cigarettes, fireworks and illegal drugs are prohibited.

Dress Code
Although campers will find long jeans more suitable to our camp setting, finger-tip length shorts are acceptable.
Christian young people should be modestly dressed at all times.

Insurance
All campers will be insured for accidental injury or casualty. Our policy is a secondary policy which covers costs not cared for by your own health plan.

Bethany Baptist Camp operates under a permit issued by the New York State Department of Health. Inspections are made in connection with this permit and the information is on file at the County Office Building at Mayville, NY. The camp provides a camping program for all ages regardless of social-economic level, race, color, sex, religion or national origin.
